A Gathering of Young People as Part of an International Project for Children’s Rights

This pioneering project is designed to foster a reality where the rights of children and youth are implemented and at the same time a shift in consciousness occurs, enabling young people and adults to fully appreciate the unique abilities and contributions each brings to the table.

The initiative is part of the international program Act2gether, spearheaded by the Learning for Well-being (L4WB) foundation and implemented in Israel by the Education for Life association. The program aims to create community-based projects that realize children’s rights, particularly in environments where these rights are often overlooked—whether in schools, workplaces, or broader communities.

From the outset, the project has been guided by a forum of young advisors—teenagers who actively participate in every decision regarding the project’s management and operations.

Last week, we had another inspiring meeting with this remarkable group of 16 passionate teenagers. These young leaders, deeply committed to driving change, are actively engaged in their schools and surrounding communities. We listened, exchanged opinions, gathered valuable insights, and made collective decisions, ensuring that the voices of the youth were genuinely heard and respected.We will continue to update as the project progresses…
