Assistance program in the Modi’in region

Over the past year, we completed a significant and empowering program for kindergarten assistants in the Modi’in region. Our efforts focused on redefining the role of the assistants, emphasizing the importance and meaning of their work, and deepening their understanding of the educational processes within kindergartens. We recognized that kindergarten assistants are crucial and valuable educational figures who play a vital role in the education of children aged 0-6.

We equipped kindergarten assistants with essential skills to manage social situations, fostered effective communication, and provided solutions to various challenges within kindergartens. Our program also deepened our understanding of the child’s inner world, enabling us to support each child’s full potential.

A key focus of the program was on strengthening participants’ core competencies and skills, where each assistant learns, acts, and communicates, guided by the Integrity Model of Education for Life and the Learning for well being organization.
