Outside of work, Anat enjoys sailing, Capoeira, playing the piano, and exploring new cultures, embodying positive psychology principles in her personal and professional life.

In her personal time, Hani travels to developing countries, enjoys photography, writes for a children's newspaper, and builds meaningful connections with people

holds the manager position for the Act2gether project at EFL, bringing a wealth of experience from the formal education system, where she has held diverse roles. With a master's degree in business administration, she is also a skilled group facilitator and educator.
Outside of work, she finds joy in doodling and exploring nature both in Israel and around the world. Her love extends to animals and humans alike, making connections wherever she goes.

I admires teachers and principals who change the system from the inside, loves the mission at work, and in my spare time plays sports and travels. Lives in Carmey Yosef and father of two who manage my life.

I studied at “Tel-Hai”university for my bachelor's degree in biotechnology and environmental sciences, and a master's degree in Israel studies at the University of Haifa.
Until recently, I worked for the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel.
I volunteers with “Hoshen”- the advocacy organization of the LGBT community in Israel.
I am married to Roy and we have a son and daughter. We live in Kibbutz Dan with Shusha, our dog who travels with us throughout the country.

Adee, originally from Los Angeles, recently joined our administrative team after immigrating to Emek Hefer two years ago with her partner and their two children. With a rich and diverse skill set, Adee brings extensive experience in public relations, production, and wellness to our team. Her background also includes expertise in mindfulness and guiding groups, particularly children, in safe and nurturing environments.

Among the titles and decorations he received for his many years of work in the interreligious field he has received honors such as the KSG from the Pope and CBE from Queen Elizabeth II for his work.
